Since people are contributing so much these days, I figured it would be a good idea to lay out some ownership principles.

I maintain the sole copyright to the code. However, I have been releasing it under the Academic Freedom License, which I think says essentially you can use the code in your own programs, but if so you have to not charge for them.

For anyone who contributes content, you maintain the sole copyright for that content. By contributing it, you're agreeing that it can be distributed with the Event Horizon product, at least as long as it remains freely available. Should I ever choose to sell it, you would have the option of taking your content out (if you believe making money is immoral), or leave it in and receive a percentage of the revenue.

However, as the sole copyright owner, you are still free to use your own content however you see fit, including using it comercially in something other than Event Horizon.

Furthermore, I should probably put in an acknowledgment somewhere for all the help and contributions you guys have provided. I may not put this in the game, but at least in the readme. So if you want your actual name in there, just let me know. Otherwise I will identify you by your forum name.

Thanks for reading this, and I hope that makes any potential issues clear!
