I'm making a Planet/Government/Ship editor thing, and it would be nice if there was a different file type for each one.

As in a different extension, or what? They are all in XML format, so you can figure out what kind it is by looking at the "Type" field. I started working on an editor, but haven't done too much with it lately, so it's not up-to-date, but I guess I'll put it up. Feel free to use whatever of it you find useful. PluginEditor.tar.gz
